3% convenience fee will apply to all online payments

• Dues received after July 31, 2025 will be considered late and are subject to an interest penalty of two (2) percent per month.

• There will be a charge of $3.00 for second notices which will be mailed by August 1, 2025.

• Dues paid after September 1, 2025 will be subject to a $50.00 administrative fee and will be referred for collection.



• Failure to pay dues can result in a lien being placed on your property and the assessment of additional fees and charges.
