This needs to be added below the payment part:
- Dues received after July 31, 2023 will be considered late and are subject to an interest penalty of two (2) percent per month.
- There will be a charge of $3.00 for second notices which will be mailed by August 1, 2023.
- Dues paid after September 1, 2023 will be subject to a $50.00 administrative fee and will be referred for collection.
- Failure to pay dues can result in a lien being placed on your property and the assessment of additional fees and charges.
