Welcome to the official site of the Harbor Pointe Community Association. This site has been put together as a resource for all homeowners, potential buyers, and visitors of our neighborhood to see news and information about our wonderful community.
We are located in Wicomico County and we are one of the first planned communities in the city of Salisbury. Although we are located outside the city limits, our water, police system, and all service come from the city of Salisbury.
This unique area is home to a diverse group of people ranging from single family homes to assisted living homes. With our own shopping area, it has become our own community.
